Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST (Monday–Saturday) are dispatched same day. Orders placed after 2 PM or on Sundays/holidays are dispatched the next business day.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an SMS and email with a tracking number and carrier link. Orders can also be tracked from your Profile → Orders section.
We use trusted carriers including Delhivery, Blue Dart, FedEx, DHL, and India Post depending on your location and order weight.
Carriers make 3 delivery attempts. If all fail, the package is returned to us and you will be notified. Re-shipping charges apply for subsequent delivery attempts.
If your order arrives damaged, please photograph it immediately and contact us within 24 hours at support@clickers.com. We will file a claim and ship a replacement.
International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
